# Hide pages from clients

> Keep working pages in the editor while showing only selected pages through the client link.

Hide a page when it contains an unfinished option or internal working material that should stay out of the live client presentation.

1. Open the page in the pinboard editor.
2. In the bar beside the page name, choose the eye control labelled **Hide page from clients**.
3. The page becomes faded in your editor. It remains available for your team to edit.
4. Open or reload the client link in a separate window and check the visible pages.

To include the page again, choose **Show page to clients** in the same page bar.

## What hiding changes

The shared link omits the hidden page and its items. Clients cannot use that link to approve or comment on those hidden items. Remaining pages appear consecutively. If every page is hidden, the client has no pages to view.

Hiding does not delete the page or undo previous decisions. It cannot recall material a client has already viewed or downloaded; a client with the presentation open should reload it.

<Warning>
  **Save PDF in the designer's editor includes every page, including hidden pages.** Hiding controls the live client link. Review the exported PDF before sending it; use a separate presentation containing only the intended pages when you need a client-only PDF.
</Warning>

Continue with [Share a pinboard](/pinboards/share-a-pinboard-with-a-client) to select the approval schedule and create or disable its link.
