See Settings → Billing for your studio’s current allowance, balance,
reset date and available top-ups. Public plan information is on
Atelier pricing.
AI features in Atelier are metered in credits. Different AI actions can use different amounts of credit; one request is
not necessarily one credit. Manual editing does not use AI credits.

Two pots, and they behave differently
- Included allowance — comes with your subscription, counted per
seat. Resets every billing period; unused credits do not carry
over.
- Top-up balance — bought separately when you need more. Rolls
over, and does not expire while you are subscribed.
The Billing page shows both: a progress bar for the included allowance
with its reset date, and the top-up balance underneath.
Order of use matters for planning: the included allowance is the one with
a deadline. If you have both, it makes sense to think of the top-up
balance as reserve rather than as budget.
Buying more
Top-up packs are offered directly on the Billing page. Prices and pack
sizes are shown there and on the pricing page — they change from time to
time, so the app is the place to read them, not this page.
Where they go
Recent AI usage on the same page lists what was spent, feature by
feature, with the credit cost and the date. It is the answer to why are
we down to eighty credits.
The usage log names each one as it runs, so the current list is always
the one on your own Billing page.
Managing usage across a team
Credits are counted per seat but pooled for the studio — so one person
doing a large import draws on the same balance as everyone else.
If credits disappear faster than expected, read the usage log before
buying more. A single bulk import of a whole vendor catalogue looks very
different from steady daily use, and only one of those is worth topping
up for.
New-studio trial
A new studio starts a 14-day trial at signup, without a credit card or a separate activation step. It includes access to the product and an AI allowance. See Settings → Billing for the end date and current balance.
When the trial ends, subscribe to continue. Your project data is retained; trial expiry does not delete your projects, boards or schedules. Starting checkout during the trial does not start another 14 days. An exhausted AI allowance and an expired trial are different conditions—check the Billing page to see which applies.
