The fastest way to get a product into your library. Paste the vendor’s page, Atelier reads it, you check the result.

Import one

1

Copy the product page URL

The page for the specific product, not the category listing. If the piece has variants — a fabric, a finish, a size — select the one you are specifying first, so the URL points at it.
2

Paste it into Atelier

From the product library, choose to import from a URL and paste.
3

Check what came back

Atelier extracts what it can find: name, brand, description, price, images, dimensions, materials.
4

Fill the gaps and save

Vendor trade price, lead time and your own category almost never come from the page. Add them now, while you have the vendor’s site open.
Extraction quality depends on the vendor’s site. Well-built retail sites give you nearly everything; some trade sites give you a name and one image. Either way it beats typing.

What to check every time

Importing several at once

Ask Atelier’s AI or the Claude connector with a list of URLs and it will import them in one go. Useful after a sourcing session with fifteen tabs open.
If you spend a lot of time on vendor sites, the Chrome extension removes the copy-paste step entirely.
