A shared schedule shows the selected specification, prices and delivery information without giving the client editing access. Clients do not need an Atelier account.
Choose what the client sees
Open Share in the schedule toolbar. The Share schedule dialog has its own column checkboxes; these control the public view independently of Columns in your working table.
Image and name are always shown. Choose the other fields the client needs, such as quantity, material, finish, client total, status and estimated ship date. You can also choose Show studio logo & name.
Fields marked shows your margin reveal cost or markup information. They are off by default. Enable them only when that is how your studio intends to present pricing. Check the actual shared page before sending it.
Create and send the link
- Choose the client-visible fields in Share.
- Choose Create link.
- Open or reload the link to verify the client’s view, then copy and send it through your usual email or messaging service.
The button reads Shared after sharing is enabled. Creating or copying the link does not send an email. Anyone who has the link can open it.
What the client can do
A shared schedule is read-only. It has no item comment box or approval control, so viewing it does not generate client feedback in Inbox.
For item decisions, share a pinboard. Approving a linked product on that board adds or updates its row in the board’s chosen schedule.
Update or disable sharing
The link shows current content when opened or reloaded. Change the shared columns through Shared, and check the result again. Disable link stops live access.
Use Save PDF or Export to Excel if you need a fixed copy. Files already downloaded do not update when you edit the schedule or disable its link.
