A pinboard is a project presentation made of images, text and arrows. Use it for a mood board, a room scheme, material options or a client approval round. Each pinboard can contain several named pages.

Start a pinboard

Open a project, choose Pinboards, then New pinboard. Give it a clear name, such as Living room — concept. Open the board to edit it.

Choose what to add

A website link attached to an image is a reference. It does not, by itself, turn that image into a library product.

A complete room workflow

  1. Build the scheme. Add reference images and library products, then arrange and label them.
  2. Create alternatives. Duplicate a page and change the pieces you want to compare.
  3. Prepare approval. Create a project schedule and select it in the board’s Share dialog.
  4. Share the link. Clients can open it without an Atelier account, comment and make item decisions.
  5. Follow up. Read client feedback in Inbox, then check approved products in the schedule before ordering.
Approval records a design decision. It does not place an order or record a payment.
